Wildcats host yearly showcase in front of sell out crowds

Wildcats Show 2013 a great success with all students taking part in a sell out performance at The Cresset, Peterborough.

Wildcats Theatre School and Post 16 Academy, based in Stamford but with classes across the local area have just held their yearly sell out show at The Cresset, Rightwell, Peterborough.

The show, which features children from all the Wildcats classes is the culmination of a full year of work - showcasing group pieces as well as work from the Wildcats Post 16 Academy and West End Wildcats troupe.  The show, which was themed around the musical 'We will Rock You' was attended by a full house of parents and families of children involved in the theatre school classes.

Caz Dolby, Owner of Wildcats said 'It was lovely to see all of our students performing on the big stage.  The children had been working on themes around performing in a show and at each weekly class had learnt about production, stage directions, using microphones and performing to an audience.  The show is in addition to their ongoing LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) work and everyone involved had a fantastic time.'
