Wildcat students perform as part of stamford remembrance day service

Students from Wildcats Post 16 Academy took part in the Remembrance Day  service in Broad Street, Stamford on Tuesday 11th November at 11am.

As part of their work on remembrance they worked on a performance of the classic hymn 'Make me a channel of your peace. The students had worked on this for a number of weeks in class, using the opportunity to learn about the event and its significance.

Tracy Briggs, Pastoral Support Co-Ordinator for Wildcats Post 16 Academy said 'The students worked hard during lessons preparing for this event, and took the performance incredibly seriously - at the Academy we always try and recognise local and national events and this is part of their year long scheme of work for tutorial sessions'.
